I'm a gardener, mother and an artist living in upstate New York.
My favorite media to use is oil. I also work with watercolors, gouache, charcoal, pastels and watercolor pencils. On occasion I use acrylic paints.
Nature is my best teacher.
I love to paint hearts, bugs I see in the garden, flowers and abstracts. I also love to paint celestial and Halloween themes.
All of the art I sell is original. I sell no prints.
Hello Lydia,
ReplyDeletewhat a wonderful watercolor !
This has an Oriental feel to me,
like those pretty sunshades the
Chinese and Japanese ladies are
carrying to keep their faces white
in summer ...
Blessings

Have great evening,
Lydia
I had an umbrella similar to that,
ReplyDeleteI believe it came from Japan, too.
It was a heritage from my mother
who collected antiques.
Unfortunately it got lost somewhere
while I was moving from one house
to another ...

ReplyDeleteHello Lydia,
ReplyDeleteI did not get your email.
I suppose someone is blocking you again.
But never mind, try again tomorrow.
The three people to leave in the blog
are Alison, Jamerson-Rising and myself.
Kick out everybody else. You do not need
hords of harassment and surveillance shills
spamming your blogs. Kick them out on all
three of your blogs, they are energy
vampires. Clean the blogroll section and
the comment section as well.
Do not leave a single trace.
Blessings
Olivia

Hello jamerson, thank you! I am happy you came to visit my art blog. I will be showing more work soon!
ReplyDeleteWishing you a great day!
Lydia
This is a good idea,
ReplyDeletejust leave the other blog alone for a while.
But clean all the comments out that shills
have left there. It is dirt. You must clean
it.
Also one more piece of advice:
Take out the link of "Karmel" on this blog.
Another shill ! I know that for sure.
Therefore you won't find any traces on
my blog any more.
A false person, two-faced !
Blessings
Olivia
